The straightening process is completed by a highly skilled technician on our hydraulic straightening machine. Cost for this service is dependant on the severity of the bend.
Welding is done via the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process and is necessary when damage to a wheel is severe enough to cause cracking or has removed a significant portion of the alloy material(curb rash).
For wheels with a machined face we write a program for the CNC Lathe to cut a clean and shiny new surface.
Powder coating is an extremely durable surface finish that is available in a wide range of colors and can be made to match the factory finish.
Make it shiny chrome.
If you have a unique need and your desires don't fall neatly into one of the aforementioned categories... you may need to talk to us about our custom work capabilities. We can widen wheels, create adapters, fabricate spacers, or give your wheels a custom machined face pattern or powder coating. The possibilities may not be limitless, but they are vast.
